With difficulties in the business world, working moms are under pressure these days. And, after spending the day in a meat grinder at work, I just want some peace and quiet when I get home. Unfortunately, children who have been sitting quietly all day at school just want to run around screaming. I am working on ways to release the stress without taking it out on my son to include: meditation and playing a sport with him, which allows both of us to relieve stress.
